            Go to the “Redeem” section.

            Select your reward and copy the code.
            Enter it at checkout.

          I don’t see my points. What should I do?

          Points appear only when you are logged into your customer account.
          If you placed an order as a guest, simply create an account using the same email and your points will show up.

          What happens to my points if an order is cancelled or refunded?

          Any points earned from cancelled or refunded orders will be automatically removed from your balance.

          Can discount codes be combined?

          No, discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with any other active promotions.

          I redeemed a reward but now I can’t find the code. Where is it?

          You can find all your redeemed codes inside the Vanilla Journal Club widget under “Your Rewards.”

          Do my points expire?

          Points do not expire.

          Can I convert my points into cash?

          No, points have no cash value and can only be used to redeem rewards within the program.

          Can I use points to cover shipping costs?

          No, points have no cash value and can only be used to redeem rewards within the program.

          You can redeem 1,000 points to get free shipping on your order.This reward is only valid for shipping costs up to €25.

          Can I give my discount code to someone else?

          Yes — but only for codes marked as giftable (like the 10% off coupon).
          All other rewards are personal and tied to your account.

          Why didn’t I receive my birthday points?

          Birthday points are awarded only if your birth date was added at least 30 days before your birthday.

          I invited a friend but didn’t receive my €5 reward. Why?

          You will receive your reward after your friend:

          1. Uses your referral link,
          2. Signs up, and
          3. Completes their first order.

          The reward is issued automatically once these steps are completed.

          Can I invite more than one friend?

          Yes! You can earn a €5 reward for every friend who places their first order using your link.
          Your friend receives the €5 reward only for their first purchase.

          What happens to my points if I delete my account?

          All points will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
