I don't see my points. What should I do?
Points are linked to your customer account. Make sure you're logged in using the same email address you used for your orders. If you checked out as a guest, simply create an account using the same email address and your points should appear automatically.
What happens to my points if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Points earned from cancelled or refunded orders will be automatically removed from your balance.
Can discount codes be combined?
No. Vanilla Journal Club rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or active promotions.
I redeemed a reward but can't find my code. Where is it?
You can find your redeemed rewards inside the Vanilla Journal Club widget under “Your Rewards.”
Do my points expire?
No. Your Vanilla Points do not expire. ♡
Can I convert my points into cash?
No. Vanilla Points have no cash value and can only be used to redeem Vanilla Journal Club rewards.
Can I use my points towards shipping?
Yes! You can redeem 1,200 points for free shipping up to €20.
Can I give my reward code to someone else?
No. Vanilla Journal Club rewards are personal and can only be used on the account that redeemed them.
Why didn't I receive my birthday points?
Birthday rewards are available when your birth date has been added to your account at least 30 days before your birthday. You'll receive 300 Vanilla Points on your birthday. 🎂
How do point discounts work?
Once you have at least 300 points, you can start redeeming them for rewards:
- 300 points → €6 off
- 400 points → €8 off
- 500 points → €10 off
These rewards can be used on orders of €30 or more.

How does the Refer a Friend reward work?
Share your personal referral link with a friend. They'll receive €5 off their first order of €35 or more.
Once they complete their first eligible order, you'll receive €5 off your next order of €35 or more too. ♡
I invited a friend but didn't receive my €5 reward. Why?
Your reward is issued after your friend uses your referral link and completes their first eligible order. If they haven't completed their purchase yet, your reward won't be issued.
Can I invite more than one friend?
Yes! You can earn a €5 reward for every friend who completes their first eligible order using your referral link.
What happens to my points if I delete my account?
All points and unredeemed rewards will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
