We’re glad you chose Vanilla Journal for your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items bought within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Return Terms
- Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. How to Make a Return
If you wish to make a return, please follow these steps:

- Prepare the item for return: Ensure the item is properly packed in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable courier service for the return, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost during transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition it was shipped in. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days from the approval of the return.
- If the returned item does not meet the acceptance criteria (e.g., it has been used or damaged), we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email at vanillajournal.shop@gmail.com. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and we will either send you a replacement or refund the full amount.
6. Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items that are not in the same condition as they were received (e.g., damaged or used).
